316 Stainless Steel Enclosure

Zhongfeiya enclosures is the leading manufacturer of electrical enclosures and floor-standing electrical cabinets up to IP66 for low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies. The full range can be provided in powder coated galvanised steel, marine grade aluminium, grade 316 stainless steel and GRP.

Zhongfeiya electric enclosures conform to IEC62208 and IEC/EN/AS60529 with protection up to IP66.

316 Stainless Steel Enclosure Features:

Formed 316 stainless steel.

Continuously welded seams ground smooth.

Door stiffeners are provided where required for increased strength and rigidity - designed to also permit additional mounting options.

Formed lip on enclosure to exclude flowing liquids and contaminants.

Door latches feature the added safety of quarter turn slot requiring use of tool for opening.

Doors may be easily removed for modifications and are interchangeable.

Seamless poured-in place gasket.

Collar studs provided for mounting inner panel.

Includes hardware kit with panel mounting nuts and sealing washers for wall mounting holes.

Bonding stud provided on door and grounding stud installed in enclosure.

Hinges are 316 stainless.

Stainless steel hinge pins and quarter turns.

Wall Mount Electrical Enclosure
Wall mount electrical enclosures, also known as wall mount electrical cabinets or wall mount electrical boxes, are designed to be mounted on flat wall surfaces. Electrical box enclosures are typically used to house and protect electrical and electronic controls, instruments, and components in areas that may be exposed to extremely wet environmental conditions.All wall mount electrical enclosures are NEMA rated, UL listed and/or IP rated.

Therefore, the size of these enclosures is normally smaller than their free-standing and floor mount counterparts. It is also impossible for wall mount enclosures to be accessed from a back panel.

However, the relatively smaller size provides the convenience for relocation and maintenance. And the application of these enclosures can be relatively more flexible as well.

Steel wall mount electrical enclosures can come in either single door or double door layouts, while the single door layout is much more common due to the weight limit of the mounting hardware.
