Outer electric shell:

The sturdy one-piece body is made of 1.5 mm 316/316L grade stainless steel, and grade 304 is also available. Provide a flat sealing surface to increase the seal life. Pre-assembled blind nut sets are combined to accommodate installation and accessory fasteners to eliminate drilling and maintain IP ratings. Provide one-piece equipment board mounting and M6 grounding studs. Use precision automated manufacturing equipment for cutting, pressing and full continuous seam welding to ensure accuracy and consistent high quality.

Shell door:

The sturdy surface-mounted door is made of 1.5 mm 316/316L grade stainless steel and includes a hidden detachable hinge with a fixed pin (grade 304 is also available). The door is designed with a 110° opening. Each door includes a cable management rail, an M6 ground bolt, and a high-quality machine-applied foam (FIP) polyurethane seal. The two internal cable management rails can be removed to provide additional space for equipment, ducts, and door-mounted control components.

Shell sealing:

Full-circle UL-certified polyurethane seal foamed in-situ (FIP) for high-quality machine applications provides excellent sealability over a long service life. Temperature resistance -40°C to 80°C (160°C short-term load).

Shell lock:

316 grade stainless steel 8 mm square drive quarter turn lock with key. A full range of locking solutions can be provided upon request.

Equipment mounting plate:

The equipment installation board is galvanized steel sheet. It is pressed to provide strength and pre-installed into the housing.
