Sheet Metal Junction Meter Box :
The metal meter box of Zhongfeiya Technology is made of cold-rolled steel plate or stainless steel plate by bending and welding. The top and bottom sides of the box are equipped with movable knockout holes and the lid is sealed. Grounding terminals are installed in the box to facilitate wiring of the junction box. The stainless steel meter box body is equipped with an installation base plate on which users can install various electrical equipment, and the door of the meter box can be opened more than 90 degrees. The overall design is reasonable and the structure is scientific, which ensures the safe operation of the grid equipment.
Laser Cutting :
Laser-cut windmill-shaped cooling fan holes,
the cooling hole pattern can be designed according to customer requirements.
Cutting accuracy of ± 0.1 mm and small cutting burrs. No need to open the mold, the surface of the product can be laser engraved.
CNC Bending:
The metal shell is bent by a CNC bending machine,Angle(within +-50c) length and width(within +-20c) Quality inspection requirements:
no scratches, no crushing on the surface, No shadow.
Seamless assembly of components,

Metal frame welding:
Use 40* 40* 1.0mm iron pipe, first laser cut the iron pipe and then use argon are welding the metal frame.
Use a locator during the welding process to ensure that the metal frames match diagonally and the frames are parallel.
Quality inspection requirements:
The welding seam lines are consistent and firm, and the welding surface has no welding shadow and the position is not deviation.
