The SMC pole mounted junction box is made by craft of molding SMC unsaturated polyester resin, Fiberglass reinforced plastics. Its specialty has solved the problem of wooden meter box, steel meter box and plastic meter box, such as easy to aging, rust, poor insulation performance, poor cold resistance, poor fire resistance and short service life. SMC is a hot press moulded advanced plastic composites used  to produce SMC meter box, SMC electric junction box and other variety of electrical products. These ranges of products are free from all the issues of rusting, denting, splitting, maintenance, etc.

Technical specifications

1. Glass fiber reinforced polyester hot pressing molding;

2. All materials can be self extinguishing at 960 ºC, heat resistant above 125 ºC and UV resistant;

3. Fixed plug-ins of switchgear: non corrosive tinned brass, tinned steel or stainless steel screws shall be used.

4. Circuit breaker reset access door: it adopts injection molding without any metal parts, the upper part is hinged, and its shape shall ensure the tightness of the whole assembly.

5. For solid and liquid protection, protection grade IP54.

6. Box installation method: fix the box on the wall or column with felt.

7. Safety: padlock and filling device

8. Waterproof: completely waterproof and dustproof

9. Protection: high impact resistance (above ik10), protection grade IP54

A: 2 years warranty. If customer's problem, then customer burden. If our problem, then we send new goods to customer to replace asap.

Q:What's about MOQ? Delivery time ?       

A: 1pcs for SMC Enclosure. Normally less than with stock, quick support. 

Q: What's the payment term?
