What are the experimental requirements for the meter box?
When searching meter box enclosure such as indoor electric meter box cover,single phase meter box,3 phase meter box,we have to take the experimental requirements into consideration.At leats,it acts as the main elements for a good quality meter box enclosure.
Below are teh experimental requirements for high quality meter boxes:
A. Flame-retardant performance: V-2 grade flame-retardant performance, temperature resistance ≥130℃.
B. Insulation resistance, the insulation resistance of the meter box is not less than 20 megohms.
C. Electric strength: When 50HZ/1500V voltage is applied for 1 minute, there should be no flashover or breakdown lightning.
D. Acid and alkali resistance: Drop 1ML of 3% acid and alkali solution on the surface of the box, wipe it off after 1 hour, no cracks and no delamination.
E. Static pressure resistance performance: 100kg heavy objects (volume 10×10cm2) placed in any position of the product for three minutes will not crack or damage.
F. Resistance to static squeezing: 100KG of gravity is applied to the flat meter box, and the meter box will have no cracks, peeling, or damage after 1 minute.
G. Sandbag impact resistance: Drop the sandbag in 7KG freely from the height of 1M and repeat it 5 times. There is no abnormal phenomenon such as cracks or breakage in the connection part of the meter box.
H. Climate influence: The product will not deform or crack under the conditions of 30±10℃ outside, 75℃ inside and long-term sunlight, and high temperature: 60±5℃ 4h; low temperature: -30±3℃ 4h.
I. Impact resistance: The product is tested in a free fall at a height of 2m under the condition that the fixed screws are tightened (without packaging), and the box body should be kept intact. Sandbag impact resistance: A 7kg sandbag can be freely dropped from a height of 1m for 5 times, and there will be no abnormal phenomena such as cracks or breakage from the meter box.
