1. In principle, the electric energy metering device used for trade settlement should be installed at the boundary of the property rights of the power supply and use facilities; the electric energy metering device for assessment should be installed at the other end of the power generation company's grid connection line, the connection line between the power grid management enterprise and the dedicated line power supply line .
2. Electric energy metering devices for trade settlements of Ⅰ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ should be equipped with special voltage and current transformers or special secondary windings according to the measuring points. Special voltage and current transformers for electric energy measurement or special secondary windings and their secondary circuits shall not be connected to equipment that has nothing to do with electric energy measurement.
3. The electric energy metering device for measuring the power of the generator set with a capacity of 100MW and above for online trade settlement and the electric energy metering device for purchasing and selling electricity between the power grid operating enterprises should be equipped with two sets of active energy meters with the same accuracy level.
4. The secondary circuit of the voltage transformer in the electric energy metering device for trade settlement above 35kV should not be equipped with auxiliary contacts of the isolation switch, but a fuse can be installed; the voltage transformer in the electric energy metering device for trade settlement of 35kV and below The secondary circuit shall not be equipped with auxiliary contacts and fuses of the isolating switch. 5. The electric energy metering device for trade settlement installed at the user's site. Users with voltages of 35kV and below should be equipped with a nationally unified standard electric energy metering cabinet or electric energy metering box; users with kVA20 voltage power supply should be equipped with a nationally unified standard electric energy Metering cabinet or electric energy metering box.
