1. Preparation before installation
Choose installation method: The installation of the distribution box is divided into two types: exposed installation (fixed on the wall) and concealed installation (embedded in the wall). Open installation requires reserved bolt holes, while concealed installation requires reserved holes 20mm longer and wider than the box during wall construction, with a depth equal to the thickness of the box plus the thickness of the plaster layer.
Check the box body: Ensure that the outer shell of the distribution box is intact (made of metal or plastic material), the internal air switch bracket is smooth and unobstructed, the door panel has a transparent inspection window, and the insulation of the neutral wire, ground wire, and phase wire busbar is good.
Safety measures: Before installation, the power must be cut off, the insulation layer of the wire must be checked for damage, and the live wire (phase wire), neutral wire (light blue), and ground wire (yellow green stripe) must be distinguished.

2. Installation steps
Surface mounted fixation: Use open-ended bolts (expansion bolts) for fixation, with bolt length=burial depth (75-150mm)+box bottom plate thickness+nut and washer thickness+5mm "head allowance". Small boxes can be pre embedded with wooden bricks and fixed with wooden screws.

Concealed fixing: After the box is embedded in the reserved hole, it is fixed with concrete filling to ensure that there are no gaps around, and the panel edge is tightly attached to the wall with a vertical deviation of ≤ 3mm
Box anti-corrosion: The contact part between the metal box and the wall needs to be coated with anti-corrosion paint
