GRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastics) is a thermosetting plastic reinforced with glass fibers, also known as fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP). GRP consists of two parts: a matrix and a reinforcement. The matrix is usually resin, while the reinforcement is glass fiber. This material has good electrical insulation performance, bonding performance, high mechanical strength and heat resistance, as well as characteristics such as spinnability, resistance to general acids, alkalis and organic solvents, and resistance to mold one.

characteristic
Lightweight and High Strength: GRP has a low density but high strength, making it suitable for applications that require lightweight design.
Corrosion resistance: It has good acid and alkali resistance and organic solvent properties, suitable for harsh environments.
Electrical insulation performance: It has good electrical insulation performance and is suitable for materials that require electrical insulation.
Good formability: Strong plasticity, easy to process and shape, suitable for various complex shaped products.
Heat resistance: It has a certain degree of heat resistance and can maintain stable performance at a certain temperature.
