Use and function of 1/2/3 level distribution box
I believe that everyone is no stranger to the distribution box and should have been in touch. "Distribution box", also known as power distribution cabinet, is the collective name for the motor control center. The distribution box is to assemble the switchgear, measuring instruments, protective appliances and auxiliary equipment in a closed or semi-enclosed metal cabinet or on a screen in accordance with the electrical wiring requirements to form a low-voltage power distribution device. During normal operation, the circuit can be turned on or off by means of a manual or automatic switch. In the event of failure or abnormal operation, the circuit will be cut off or alarmed with the help of protective appliances. The measuring instrument can display various parameters in operation, and can also adjust certain electrical parameters, and prompt or send out signals for deviations from normal working conditions.
1. The first-level distribution box: The power distribution cabinet for construction is used for construction site construction. It is designed for the special conditions of the construction site. It conforms to the relevant construction power specification standards of the construction department. A full set of products can form a complete three-level protection system for construction electricity, and achieve the purpose of one machine, one gate and one protection, which is very suitable for all kinds of standard projects. The first-level cabinet adopts the bottom entry and the bottom exit, and the rear door opens. The main busbar is connected with copper bars, with good contact and a metering system inside. 2. Secondary distribution box: suitable for construction site construction electricity, it is specially designed for the special conditions of the project construction site. It conforms to the relevant construction electricity specification standards of the construction department. A full set of products can form a complete three-level protection system for construction electricity, achieving the purpose of one machine, one gate and one protection. The secondary box adopts internal and external door design, and the exterior is sprayed with plastic. It is safe and beautiful, and the rainproof box top is suitable for field work.
3. Three-level power distribution: that is, a distribution box is set under the main distribution box, a switch box is set under the distribution box, and electrical equipment is set under the switch box to form a three-level power distribution. "Two-level protection" mainly refers to the use of leakage protection measures. In addition to installing a leakage protector in the final switch box, it must also be installed in the upper-level distribution box or the main distribution box. The first-level leakage protector forms two-level protection on the whole. The principle of "one machine, one gate, two drains, one box, one lock" is strictly forbidden to directly control two and two over-consumption equipment (including sockets) by the same switch appliance.
4. Temporary construction electrical boxes are generally divided into three levels of protection in accordance with relevant national requirements;
Level 1 distribution box: it can be understood as the main distribution box of the construction site or project (generally only one);
Secondary distribution box: the distribution box of each floor or each building (according to the actual situation);
Three-level distribution box: the final junction box of each electrical appliance, which can be movable and fixed. Remember that the leakage protection switch is the final, and the self-leakage protection switch is connected to the electrical appliances. (One machine is required to have one leakage, and no more connections are allowed.) The requirements of the distribution box can be in accordance with the power plan of the project.
