Holiday Period
Our company will be on National Day holiday from October 1st to October 8th, 2025. We will resume normal business operations on October 9th, 2025.
For order inquiries, quotation requests, or after-sales support submitted via email, online messages, or phone calls during the holiday, we will prioritize and respond to you within 24-48 hours after resuming work(i.e., starting from October 9th).
Pre-Holiday & Post-Holiday Reminders
- To avoid delays in your orders, we recommend finalizing order confirmations, payment arrangements, or shipment plans with our team **before September 30th, 2024**. For orders scheduled to ship in early October, we will adjust the delivery timeline according to the holiday and inform you of the updated schedule in advance.
